Delete your Lytta account and data

You can delete your Lytta™ account — and all data associated with it — at any time. Deletion covers your account record, practice sessions and replies, derived skill statistics, and your communication profile.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Lytta
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Choose Delete my data and confirm

Works for registered accounts and guest (anonymous) accounts alike.

By email (no app needed)

Email villu@sepman.net from the address your account is registered with, with the subject "Delete my Lytta account". We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What happens

Deletion takes effect immediately in the app; residual copies are removed from backups within 30 days. This is the same process described in the privacy policy. Data controller: Sepman AS (Norway).
